Emma graduated from the University of Nottingham (UK) with a Degree in Business Management and Master of Finance with La Trobe University before choosing Education as her preferred career path. Emma moved to Melbourne in 2014 and launched her career in education specialising student recruitment. Emma has developed a broader skill set across industries and disciplines, now focus on stakeholder management and change management.

As a Program Manager Fellowship at ACSEP, Emma is responsible for managing the College’s Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program and overseeing the Overseas Trained Specialists (OTS) Pathway. Her role involves dealing with different stakeholders, improving process, acting as the conduit between the applicant and committees and preparing compliance reports.

Emma loves drawing and painting, she draws inspiration from her surroundings and she believes that art makes her look at the world differently. She also enjoys baking, travelling to different places and playing squash.
