To allow delegates to practice what they preach, through Exercise as Medicine, the ACSEP Scientific Conference provides a break between sessions. On Saturday 8 February 2020, following the final session for the afternoon, delegates are welcome to select from the many activities that are on offer, or simply enjoy their own time for physical activity prior to the Gala Dinner.
 

ACSEP GOLF Tournament

The ACSEP Golf Tournament will be held at Gungahlin Lakes Golf Club.

Gungahlin Lakes is located in the northern suburb of Nicholls, in the District of Gungahlin, in Canberra. The golf course was officially opened on July 3rd 1996 and remains Canberra's newest course. As the name implies, the course features attractive lakes and ponds with challenging water carries across fairways and to greens.

Registration for the ACSEP Golf Tournament can be made during the conference registration process. Further details will be provided to all golfers once registered.
 

ACSEP TENNIS TOURNAMENT

Those interested in Tennis are welcome to joing the ACSEP Tennis Tournament, held at nearby tennis courts at Australian National University. All abilities are welcome as part of a friendly mixed doubles tournament. Registration for tennis can be made during the conference registration process. Further details will be provided for all tennis players once registered.
 

MOUNTAIN BIKE RIDE

Mountain Biking is available at the famous Stromlo Forest Park. Registration can be made during the conference registration process, with bike hire available to suit a variety of levels and experience.
 

Hiking

A guided hike is on offer for those wishing to explore Black Mountain. A good walk for all levels, this 10km loop will depart and return to QT hotel.Register your interest for the walk during the conference registration process.
 

Stand up paddle boarding

Stand up paddle boarding is available on Lake Burley Griffin
