MSK ULTRASOUND COURSE

The ACSEP is proud to announce, in partnership with our Ultrasound sponsor, Sonosite, that we will be repeating the successful Ultrasound workshops following the 2019 Annual ACSEP Scientific Conference. Again, we will be running a Beginners Ultrasound session, and for those more familiar with the machines and who use them regularly in clinical practice, a Musculosketal Ultrasound for Sport and Exercise Physicians Workshop, again to be run by world renowned Australian ultrasonographer, Stephen Bird.

This Musculoskeletal Ultrasound for Sport and Exercise Physicians Workshop will run over a day and a half from 8am on Monday,11th February to 12 noon on Tuesday, 12th February at Rydges Queenstown, the Conference venue. The workshop is strictly limited to 20 places to ensure an intimate teaching environment using Sonosite machines, with lots of hands on experience in not only diagnostic imaging but also interventional techniques. We exceeded capacity last year well before the conference, so secure your position as soon as possible.

In addition to this, the ACSEP will be offering a free  beginners workshop (full) for all delegates new to ultrasound and keen to learn more about ultrasound imaging basics in preparation for using them at their training practices. This session will again be run by our sponsors, Sonosite. This will run from 2pm to 5pm Sunday 10 February, immediately following the Scientific Conference . Delegates can register for this through the Registration page for the main conference. We look forward to many of you being involved in these excellent workshops at the conference.
