“Success should never come at the cost of your health, family, or well-being.”
About Me
I believe we can—and must—build systems where women don’t just succeed, but thrive. As women continue to break barriers in Sport and Exercise Medicine (SEM), they remain under-represented in leadership and disproportionately affected by burnout, inequitable structures, and outdated expectations.
I’ve lived these challenges first-hand. While training to become a specialist sports physician, I was also working, raising a young family, and studying for my Fellowship exams. I believed I was doing it all for the right reasons—but I was pushing beyond my capacity, losing sight of myself and my family.
That experience taught me to lead differently. I began to rebuild—brick by brick—using strategies grounded in lifestyle medicine, behaviour change, and coaching. As a Certified Health Coach, I now combine clinical expertise with strategic, supportive guidance to help women in medicine, sport, and leadership succeed without self-sacrifice.
I also advocate for a more inclusive approach to athlete and clinician health—one that recognises the unique experiences of women across their lifespan, including navigating menopause while maintaining performance, leadership, and well-being.
What I Advocate For
* Structural reforms and flexible pathways for women in SEM
* Coaching and mentorship for those balancing exams, clinical work, and caregiving
