The Australasian College of Sport and Exercise Physicians (ACSEP) is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team. ACSEP is the peak professional body representing Sport and Exercise Physicians across Australasia. We are a small but fast-growing College, supporting world-leading training, education, and advocacy in Sport and Exercise Medicine.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and communication strategies that support the College’s strategic priorities. You’ll manage website content, social media, newsletters, and media relations, as well as contribute to event promotion and member engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns
• Managing the ACSEP website and social media platforms
• Creating engaging content for newsletters, press releases, and member updates
• Supporting the promotion of ACSEP events, conferences and courses
• Coordinating media responses and ensuring consistent messaging
• Enhancing stakeholder engagement and brand consistency

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
• Exceptional written and visual communication skills
• Strong experience in digital content creation and website management
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

A tertiary qualification in a related field is desirable but not essential.
