The very popular Black Tie Gala Dinner will be held on Saturday 9 February 2019 from 7:00pm. The 2019 Gala Dinner will be held offsite, at AJ Hackett Kawarau Bungy and Function Centre, the home of New Zealand Bungee and one of the oldest Bungee Centres in the world. Buses will depart from the conference venue from 6:00pm onwards. Return buses will be available from 10:00pm, 10:45pm and 11:45pm. Further details on bus timings will be advised to delegates closer to the event.
The 2019 Gala Dinner will again include speeches, awards, entertainment, food and beverages. Full conference registrations are inclusive of entry to the Gala Dinner. Additional tickets may be purchased during the conference registration process.
Given the venue, delegates may wish to bungee jump prior to the commencement of the Gala Dinner. Those wishing to express interest in this can contact conference@acsep.org.au. Please note all costs involved are at the expense of the individual.
